The process involves cleaning your alloys using a wheel cleaning descaler, brake dust residue etc. is removed completely before any repairs are carried out. Once the alloy wheel is clean, it is prepared and keyed or re-coloured between the spokes before the surface of the wheel is precision cut on the machine to achieve the perfect finish.

The process is completed by coating the complete wheel with an adhesion promoter and then clear lacquer finish, and then infra-red cured. At this stage the alloys are carefully quality checked to ensure it meets our high standards of finish. The tyres are then refitted, inflated to the correct pressure and balanced.

All we need when you arrive at our workshop is your locking wheel nut socket and we do the rest!
